What could be more delicious than the taste of melting chocolate in your mouth and then to swirl some delicious wine over it to create a taste sensation like heaven in your mouth.
For some, this feels like angels dancing around the inside of your mouth – yeah, it really is this good!
TheChocolate and Winepairing is truly a match made in heaven – a feeling that most guests don’t want to end.
Depending on the area where we collect our guests, the weather on the day and also taking into account where you might have been to before, we have various possible wine estates which we can visit to enjoy this mouth-watering experience.

We have hand-picked a selection of special wine estates just for you and created a wine and cheese pairing that will leave you breathless.
It is worth mentioning at this stage that most estates that we visit on this Full Day Tour offer red wines – there will be some white wines as well, but most pairings just work better with red wine. And besides – red wine is good for your heart – DOCTOR’s ORDERS!
And now for theBiltong.
The word Biltong is from Dutch “bil” (rump) and “tong” (strip or tongue).
Biltong is a form of dried, cured meat that originated in South Africa and Namibia.
Various types of meat are used to produce it, ranging from beef and game meats to fillets of meat cut into strips following the grain of the muscle, or flat pieces of meat sliced across the grain.
Biltong is related to beef Jerky (just so much better) – sorry guys!
Paired with deep red wines, this is one of the best taste experiences that you will enjoy all day.

Our Full Day Chocolate, Cheese, Biltong and Wine Tour operates 7 days a week (subject to availability), but we are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
We can collect you anywhere in the Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl areas.
We can also collect guests in Cape Town on a Private Tour basis only.
